I resolved my problem.
I put out the toner & drum, open left door, put out waste box and developer. Waste box was empty. I put them on, and printer is working.
Thnx the possibility.

The problem is when I printing my envelopes. I used (92mmX165mm) Custom paper size. The envelope is stuck in the compartment tray 1. Could you tell me what is the smallest size envelope that use HP...

The minimum size paper or envelope for tray 1 is 76 x 127mm (3 x 5).
The weight should be between 75 to 105 g/m2 (20 to 28 lb)

Brother 7340 wont print on envelope just keeps getting stuck, tried opennig the back like the book says but still gets stuck

Are you trying to print from the main paper tray with the envelope or from the auxiliary single page feeder? The auxiliary insert should be directly under the "Brother" logo on the front of the printer. Insert the envelope there. If it's a standard light weight envelope and it gets stuck still then I'd suggest there is a paper jam somewhere or possibly the fuser is going bad.

I have a tech solutions shredder. Envelope got stuck. I cleared it out. Now it will go backwards but not forwards...although the green light does come on when I press the forward button.

The stucked envelope may move the sensor or damadge it. You should check the sensor.

I have got an envelope stuck in the envelope slot.

You will need to carefully remove it and avoid using any sharp objects when doing so. Turn off the printer at the mains while doing this. All traces of the envelope will ned to be removed as the printer will then report a paper jam if not and not operate until all traces are removed.

Envelopes keep getting stuck

Open Ms word >> click on tools >>click on letter and mailing >> click on envelop and labels >>click on feed >> click on envelop option >> can change the size from the drop down option.

This will resolve your issue.

I have an Epson C88 and when I tried to print an envelope it went partway in and got stuck. It was not far enough in that I could pull it on through so pulled it back. Now the ink light and the paper jam...

while you pulled the envelop away did the envelop come out intact, or did it get damaged, if it was not damaged, then just restart the printer, you issue should be fixed.

If the envelop was damaged its likely that there is a paper piece stuck iside, which is tough to remove if you are not an expert. in such scenarion seek professional help

We're trying to print envelopes using the Samsung CLP300.

Got the 300N and encoutered similar issues. Try making lifting the ends of the envelopes up so they're slightly out of the tray at the feed end, this seemed to work for me. (Only tried it with about 10 envelopes, dunno about more).
