Dear Sir! MMS(Multi media settings) have been activated on your SIM Card but not on your cell phone.Follow these steps:
You should call your network provider and ask for MMS settings for your W810i.
They will send you the settings and might tell you about the code that is needed some times to save MMS settings on cell phone.
After you ask for MMS settings to your network provider they will send you a text(MMS settings) save that massage(settings) and if prompted for password enter that too.
And after that set that settings to default.
Restart your cell phone.
Your phone is ready to send and receive pictures. Thank you!
