Durabrand Tape/CD Player twists up all cassettes inserted

We have a Durabrand CD / Tape / Radio Player Model CD-2036 and the cassettes that we put in the tape player get all twisted up and we are no longer able to record or play any cassettes. It is destroying all the tapes.

the drive belt on the winding wheel breaks on these and doent wind the tape back into the cassette while the pinch roller is pulling the tape out my did the same thing

We have two of these with the same problem. The belt that drives the pick up reels is broken. We are trying to find a place to purchase new ones.
