TV will not come on...the red power ;ight is blinking 7 times then goes off for a while the repeats this process. TV has worked fine for over a year!

Problem started with a single light green in the middle of my computer. Tried all sort of switch on and off methods and even reinstalling system . Problem still woun't go away. After three days, the thin green line in the middle expanded into a thick black line about 3-4 inches right in the middle of the TV. Called the help hot line. I was promissed the part needed to solve was not in stock. Promissed to contact me as soon as the part arrives. Up till now no response from them
