When viewing photos on my phone I pressed both the # and * keys and the pictures are gone or at least went somewhere I don't know how to retrieve.
Also-How much more space is on my sim card for storage as opposed to just saving pics and videos to my phone?. All pictures and videos I have I want to keep, but can't seem to store them anywhere else and continue taking new ones. Any suggestions? I haven't read my manual thoroughly, but I thought a real person such as you could help me better.
Also-When I delete pics and videos and text messages..are they really gone or can I retrieve them from somewhere?
Thanks Scott

There are two options to delete pictures from your camera:
1. You can delete the picture with the camera itself:
On the back of your camera, move the switch down from the red camera symbol to the green arrow symbol.
On the top of your camera, press the POWER button.
Using the left and right arrow keys on the back of your camera, move
through your photos to select the first photo you want to delete.
On the back of your camera, press MENU/OK.
Using the arrow key pointing up, select FRAME and then press MENU/OK.
You will now see, on your screen, the words ERASE OK? Press MENU/OK.
The camera will automatically ask you if you want to erase the next
photo. If you do, press MENU/OK, but if you don't, press the BACK
button.
2.
The best option is to connect your digital camera to the computer via a
USB cable. Once your camera is being detected open the photo folder and
select all the pictures and hit the Delete key on the keyboard.

Checklist
1. did you have a lock on your pictures?
2. did you transfer your pictures to your phone memory? (They are first stored In camera, you then manually move to the phone)
this is a solution for those who have not moved the pictures to the phone memory yet (ie it is still in camera) pictures in phone memory cannot be uploaded..
Step 1. start the camera by pressing the ok button at the center. (alternative is through the menu. left soft key. then pressing 4)
Step 2. if you have a user lock. input it now. if you did not have one then you should be on the pictures menu
notes
i) the lock is the last 4 digits of your phone by default. (if you had used the lock pictures option)
ii) if you had swapped your phone like i did and later return your cellular service to it, do not use your custom lock, rather, use the default lock ie last digits of phone number (Hope this part makes sence)
i feel that these notes are important here because this point might prevent you from accessing your pictures and since you cannot see your screen, it is important that you know what to do at step 2.
step 3. Press the digit 3 ( or - scroll down 2 times and press ok) this will take you to the third option called Online Albums.
step 4 press the down button once( this will select the option called Upload picture) and press ok.
if everything went right, you should now be in a screen called In Camera with your left soft key now called Upload and your right key called Options
Step 5 click the left soft key (Upload) do not worry about selecting the pictures since the next step will take care of that.
step 6. press the down button once. this will take you to Upload All option. press OK
step 7 the phone will ask you where to take those pics. just click OK again to take them to the default album called My Uploads
step 8 DO NOT FLIP CLOSE YOUT PHONE!!
STEP 9... there is no step 9! the phone is now uploading the pictures to your online album called My uploads just give it a couple of minutes..
Tips.
1 It would be best to do this in an area you are sure has decent network service.
2 just to be sure, please have your phone on the charger( you are dealing with pictures as well as data transfer) when i was testing out these steps, i lost a bar of my battery so just be safe..
