There are some songs that I can't delete because they do not show up when I hook the player up to my computer. And just recently the songs that I added are on my player, but won't play.

What was said was very right. I noticed many Insignia Player's messing up, and the best thing to do is format the player. Unfortunately, this means deleteing all the songs off the player and starting all over again. So hope you saved your songs on your computer!! Good Luck!
After player connected, try to open it in "My computer", and it must show as a removable drive, just re-format it windows and see how much free place it has then

Synchronizing on most mp3 players is used for transferring one or more playlists from a computer to the player, having a connection through USB.
Creating playlists, putting mp3 data in a list with a certain name,
mp3 could be put in a specific order.
The player preserves some space of memory to remember these playlists and the playing order.
Some players support subfolders, but not having the manual for the MP200 I'm not sure if that will work.
e.g.
MUSIC > music list 1
> music list 2
the best way to solve this is by formatting your mp3 player. at first format your mp3 player, then transfer few songs from some other drive in "my computer", not from my documents. then your mp3 player should work.
You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.
The songs that are on there were probably taken from the Rhapsody music service, or some other subscription music service. You must continue/renew the subscription to be able to continue playing them on the Sans clip.
Re-sychronize your music files with PC using Media Player 10 if "License Expired" or cannot find license message. Once I completed this..it let me syrchronize file to the MP3 player
Use a bluetooth on your pc.If your pc did come with a bluetooth use an external usb blue tooth and sychronize your pc and phone via bluetooth and use the file tranfer on your bluetooth installed in the pc to transfer.
