Mg320c I cant download music or pictures to my mp3. help I'm clueless also I cant send any pictures or recieve them.

To download music to your phone just connect the usb cable you got with the phone to the phone and the PC. The pc should then detect it as a hard drive and in my computer it should come up as a new drive. open the drive and there is a mp3 folder and just simply drag and drop the music to it. same for the pictures but to the picture folder.

if you are using usb jack, connect onit, click my computer, check if removable device under E or F appears.
select storage device in your player, that if your player has. select songs and transfer to, my music of the player. and make sure this music is mp3 compact.
you cant transfer may be your memory is full.
if no indication is showing on your computer, than check your usb cable.
also check if you are able to down load music from player to computer. if you can than your computer is seen your player.

Reynak3k. To answer your question in reference to downloading music. I had to save the file as MP3 on my computer and then transf the music to the My Music Folder. To transf music to the phone from the computer I ended up right clicking on the file and choosing the option to move the file, search for the USB File on the computer then send.

the only reason i would see why you cant recieve images would have to be because your plan does not support it, what company are you using? i have one and it works fine, now i know even if you have a plan that supports sending and recieving images then some companys wont let you send images to other companys. find out if you have sending images and ifso i will try my best to help you further.

Hi, You cannot download pictures to mp3 player-you must have an MP4 or an mp3 player/camera that can accept .jpg images-Mp3 players typically just will play MP3's which is a Music format- If you send model number I can certainly tell you if your player has capability to download .jpg images-hope that helps! .
