FOR YOUR MOTHERBOARD , ITS BETTER TRY NVIDIA GEFORCE CARDS LIKE GEFORCE MX4000 , FX 5200 , 5500 , 6300 BUT DONT USE SLI CARDS , THEN ABOUT YOUR ASUS RADEON ITS ADVICED THAT ASUS RADEON 9200 WILL WORK BETTER WITH INTEL MOTHERBOARDS

it has a good price (in my opinion), it is compatible with you mother board and has good performance
When you boot up the pc pressing either 'DEL' or 'F2' gets you into the bios menu.
Look for something similar to 'PNP/PCI'configuration, then press enter and ensure the main graphics aperture is set to your 'AGP' port and not 'ONBOARD' or 'PCI'.
I can assume you have installed the 'AGP' driver from your motherboard installation disc, and the diver for your graphics card.
Lastly some AGP cards are not compatible with all boards, due to in some cases different voltage ratings.
