Question about Jenn-Air JS42CSFXDA Side by Side Refrigerator
Jenn Air has panel frame kits which you should be able to track down fairly easily. If that doesn't work, depending on how skilled and ambitious you are, there isn't a lot of rocket science to a frame kit. You might consider another manufacturer's frame kit, even if you have to cut it down (as I said, depends on how ambitious & skilled you are). The frame kits usually just have screws that attach to the sides of the doors. Most of those frames allow for about a 1/4" slide in material. You can either build finished panels that slide right in, or make up a panel that attaches to the 1/4" material, so that it overlaps & completely covers the frame material. If that is all too complicated for you, contact your friendly neighborhood cabinet shop. A custom shop should do those things all the time. Hope this helps.

Good afternoon friend, thanks for your inquiry!
From what you are describing it sounds like a possible issue with your control panel, UIB (User Interface Board), or control panel. The control panel and UIB would help to distribute any power being received into your refrigerator. The power cord would be the origin of where the power would enter into your refrigerator.
I would recommend putting the refrigerator into a different outlet to see if that would start up power or check to verify the household breaker has not been flipped. I hope this is helpful to some degree. -Matt
