4600n No one in our office can print. No error messages or anything. I am looking for a local technician to come by and troubleshoot for us. Any suggestions? Richmond, VA

First the printer is a connected over local or network .
if its connected over network configure the ip address for the printer & try to ping the ip of the printer through the system.

Can't come to VA but will the printer print a test page from the pannel?? Check the net card setup. Is it a shared local printer and set to work ofline?

Error 51 relates to print head parking position.

It is blocked and carriage cannot be seated correctly.

Try to get carriage away from parking position by pulling power lead when head has moved away from parking position then slide it out the way and use a flash light to look at parking position.

look for paper debris or similar which might block it or upset a sensor.

Spooling error

Right click My Computer > Manage > Services and Applications > Services > Print Spooler. Try stopping and starting. Make sure it is set to Automatic and Login is Local System.
If this is in office network, then IT needs to handle. GL

Error 322 - see printer message

The fixing assembly (The hot rollers) of the printer is faulty. This need to be replaced by a service technician.
Faxes are received in memory because they cannot be printed.

Why not just that the printer is broke?

Please I need a lot more descriptive information before I can help you.

Would you consider sending me the original document and a "Print to File" of the document. I will also need to know where in the printout the error occurs.

I can run it through some of the tools I have and see if I can spot the failure.

Asharp AL-1631 won't print anything but a mess.

E7 is a few different things. Are there two more numbers flashing after the E7 appears?

F5 has to do with the copy lamp.

It should be looked at by a technician. It needs to be looked at for the E7 issues.

Minolta 2300 dl laser printer fatal error 17H

had printer for approximately 2 years. Used daily in office setting. today the printer tried to print, then just stopped and it said fatal error 17H in the window. We cleared paper jam and rebooted, gives the same error message. Anything we can do?
