We have a LG LMVM1935 series microwave and suddenly the other night at about 5 am there was a beeping sound coming from the microwave. It seems that the hold/warm button is sticking. I tried to reset the microwave by unplugging it but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I am noticing from reading others' problems that there are problems with the keypads on this model. Is that a solution to my problem as well? If so, about how much will it cost to fix?
Some people spray some quimico to clean the microwave then on keypad don't have to spray ane liquid. To clean the keypad have to use paper with little water. I think your problem is keypad water damged, if I right you have to replaceit.

I advice you to contact service if it has guarantee. This seems to be a psychological problem about your oven(!). Technical person need to do an electronic research surgery on its board to see if there is any wrong thing.
I replaced outer door with key panel on my LG MICRO MODEL LMVM2055ST which solved my problem but when I went to put the handle back on it did not fit. The tophole in new panel for the handle is round and the old one is rectangle. LG says I have right part can not help me.A new handle comes rectangle shape. What now?
I believe the dial on Hobart microwaves allows you to manually enter any amount of time by spinning the dial for the desired time, and programmable buttons to save the time settings. HL1600 is 1.5 cubic foot, 44 liters
Same issue here. LMVM1935 about 2 months past warranty keypad stopped working. Apparently they need to add something in the manual about not boiling water on the range over which the microwave is installed (gee who would have thought that there would be steam over the cooktop and we should seal the membrane?).
The silver traces on the keypad got corroded and no longer conduct. After complaining to Sears (NO HELP) and LG (EVEN MORE INEPT) and running on 30sec button for about 6 months, I found a replacement keypad $30 w/ shipping and didn't break anything taking the door apart, thanks to the parts list link above. Thanks Rickzilla!
Life's Good, Their Keypad SUCKS, or apparently we are the only people that boil water anymore.
