Did your phone drop on the flow? Is it just showing white and still works ?or Display white screen and not working?

For a phone to display a white, does questions need to be answered..

If it fell on the flow it's usually a screen fault and it needs to be replaced.

If it didn't fall down, but displays white screen and nothing function,it a software faulty needs a memory restoring..

If just showing white screen and you still can make calls with it, then it's screen fault needs to replace..

It seems to be ur lcd stops working..Take this to service center...

wait a while like 2 weeks thats what i did and it got fixed keep reseting it also press 1 0 @ and hold r but take oout ur sim first

Try removing the battery for a few seconds and see if that clears up the issue.

If it does, be aware that it's most likely a temporary fix. You'll want to go through the phone and clear out some of the memory (saved text message, call log, and even pictures if there are a lot of them). You might want to consider stopping in at your carrier's local store and getting the software flashed as well.

if the black lines u see across the screen looks like leaking ink, then it probly is, suggest u get a replace lcd for your phone
