I have seen some reports of this problem, but I don't know of a definite 'cure", Seems like you've tried the obvious stuff already. My question would be, are you using PCL 5e, or PCL6 driver? The PCL 5e is the most compatible driver, and I know I have had a few strange things happen on different models using the PCL 6. It could just be a glitch in the driver, but I'd try the 5e just the same....that's my 2 cents worth.
For simplicity, you can download it here:

I can't get envelopes to print at all from word to my HP4350, I have reset printer to envelope mode on tray 1 and still nothing. The printer says no jobs are pending. The two are not "talking" t

There may be a problem with the print driver. Try deleting the printer from your computer and then re-adding it. Print driver can be downloaded at www.hp.com. in case you have lost your installation CD. Good luck !

Printing multiple double sided copies doesn't break between copies

Select the simplex/duplex mode.
1 sided - 1 sided
1 sided - 2 sided
2 sided - 2 sided
When using 1 sided to 2 sided the originals must be even

When I print a one page document, tray 1 prints on multiple papers at a time. 1 page prints on 5 pages.

If you don't have a manual, you can find one here

My guess is either on the printer or the driver. Skimming the manual, it doesn't seem that you can set the default number of pages printed per sent print job on the printer, but that is something I would look into. This is a nice office printer, perhaps the printer is set to print multiple copies of everything it is sent. You could determine if it is the printer or driver/computer by printing to it from another computer.

If it is the computer, go into the control panel and select the properties for this printer. In there, check if the number of copies is improperly set to 5. This would happen for every print job sent from this system.

Does it print 5 copies of documents sent from different programs (i.e. Web Page, Word, Excel)? Quite possibly, one time you set it to print 5 copies and that application retained that as default. In that application, rather than clicking "print" click "printer setup" and look through the settings to see if it is requesting multiple copies.

I am 95% sure one of these three solutions will solve your problem.

MY PRINTER WILL NONLY LET ME PRINT ONE COPY AT A TIME. WHY? IF i HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS INFORMATION, ERASE QUESTION

jr2011_7.png

when you hit print there is windows that will pop up, there you can change the number of copies to print at a time. if you don't change the value from 1 to another number then you can only print one copy at a time. once you are done make sure to change the value set by you to 1 to avoid printing multiples unneeded copies in the future

My hplaserjet 1320 prints multiple copies when printing Excel Doc

The best thing to do as a starter is:

1. uninstall the print driver THEN
2. download the latest version from the manufacturer and install it

This rules out the driver as the cause of the problem
1. Go to printers
2. Right Click on the Printer HP Laserjet 1320
3. Click on Printing Preferences
4. Click on Advanced
5. Double Click (to open) on Paper Output
6. Ensure that COPY COUNT is set to "1"

If it is already set to one, trick the system a little:
1. set it to 2 and save that setting
2. then go back in and set it to 1

Good luck

My hp 1320 prints multiple copies instead of one copy

Go to "printers and faxes."
Right click on your printer and select "Printing preferences."
Select "Advanced" tab
Double click "paper output"
If "Copy count=2" then change to 1 and apply
IF IT ALREADY IS SET TO 1 THEN:
Set "copy count=2" then APPLY
Repeat the above and now set "copy count=1"

The process of setting and resetting the copy count fixed my issues.

Multiple copies

Look for a small "Collate" box and make sure it is checked. That way it will print each set in order.

My hp 1320 prints only one copy SPAM I AM AT 1*800*532*4187

Windows may have eaten its baby again- that is, the driver for that printer.
Open the Control Panel, then Printers and Faxes, delete any listing for that model of printer, make sure the printer is on and connected, then reboot your system. This will force Win to 'find' the printer and install an uncorrupted driver for it.

Why do all pages print onto one page when i hit the print button in a multipage document

I guess you are using word. In that case the default driver you use and comes standard with windows is flawed. Download a new one from HP.
