Question about Vacuums
I've got a 3 year old dc30. Few month ago my battery died, so I bought a new one from dyson Australia website. I received it today by mail. I connected it to my dc30 and pressed the button to see if it runs. It worked. But when I put it on charge the green charger light was staying on only for 20 minutes. Usually full charge takes about 2-3 hours. Please advise on where the issue might come from. I'm really confused.

Try resetting your Roomba by removing the battery, unplug the charging connector, hold down the Power button for 30 seconds. This will reset the charging system, replace your battery, connect your charger and see what happens. By the way do you also have a homebase ? If so try that too

the charger is not charging its not putting any thing out into the batterys the charger clock is working but your not getting any charge from it

To extend Roomba's battery life and keep Roomba cleaning at peak
• Always keep Roomba plugged in when not in use.
• Recharge Roomba as soon as possible. Waiting several days to
recharge Roomba can damage the battery.
• For storage off the charger, remove the battery from Roomba and store
in a cool, dry place.
• Blue or black batteries should be stored after Roomba has been

16-Hour Refresh Charge If Roomba has been left off the charger for an extended period, Roomba will initiate a special 16-hour charge cycle. This extensive charge refreshes Roomba's battery and extends the battery life. While charging, Roomba's "Clean" button will pulse quickly. Note: For best results, do not interrupt this Refresh Charge.
