Question about Motorola Mobility V3 Handsfree Headset with Connector fits MOTO Razr V3 Headset

1 Answer

Motorola RAZR V3 problems with a Motorola H350 Bluetooth Headset

When I go to Bluetooth Link on my RAZR and power up the H350 Bluetooth headset it doesn't appear on the list of devices and won't find when the phone searches. Awhile ago I did sync it to another RAZR but I got a new one and I wish to use it on this one. Is there a way to reset the headset? Can I use it? I would really like to and not have to spend 30$+ on another headset.

My RAZR still does not read that there is a Bluetooth headset around. It's right next to it and it quickly flashing as the guide says is Standby Mode.

I'm going to turn my phone on and off and see if that does anything.

    Still nothing.

Is there way to reset the headset?

I have an H350 Headset that I synced to my old RAZR V3xx. the phone got messed up a while back but I kept the headset. Well, I got a new V3xx and it can't find the same headset (I don't have the user manual anymore, so I can't tell how to put it from Standby Mode to Pairing Mode)

    Any Help?

I do not provide the user manual, however, function of the H350 is very similar to the H500 and we are providing a link to the H500 user guide. Just copy and paste this link into your browser and Motorola will explain how to connect your Bluetooth Headset. http://telecom.hellodirect.com/eBiz/pdf/cellphoneheadsets/Motorola_H500_Manual.pdf

You say it worked for another phone, or headset? If the headset worked for another phone then try moving around and locating it in a diff. angle of your phone. It is either by infared led or throu wavelength by sat. But if this new headset nevered worked before it could be damaged inside L E D. try cleaning lense and try again. not sure on reseting headset.

Trying to set up my motorola h350 bluetooth to my samsung s30 phone.

Hi,
Turn your H350 on by pressing and holding the black "Talk" button on the side of your headset. Hold it until the blue status starts to flash. To turn the H350 off, simply hold the talk button until the headset turns off.

Pair your headset with your cell phone by entering into your cell phone's bluetooth menu--Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth Link > Setup (see Resources below).

Put your Motorola H350 into pairing mode by holding the "Talk" with the device turned off. Hold the button until the status light on the side of your headset begins to flash, and turns back into a solid blue.

Back in your phone's bluetooth menu, choose the option to "Search/Discover" bluetooth devices. And when your phone recognizes your H350, select the headset and enter "0000" as the passcode.

Thank You
