My machine is actually a Incanto (I assumed the basics are the same). The machine stopped working while amaking coffee. The dregg compartment was very full but I cauld not remove. A bar had dropped down so I cauldnt remove the dregg compartment. I reset and the bar raised back to position ans I cauld remove and clean. However the machine is still not working. When I turn on the machine it goes through aprocess and the makes a clicking noice. I beleive the problem is in the grinding process. The brew group has a PUSH butoon which you push from left to right to release. I tried this to remove but the button is on the right side and cant be budged. Any idea?
Jammed brew unit, possibly also damaged gears.
Do not keep turning the unit on at this point, cuz it can damage it even further.
Has to be sent out for service, be sure to tell them to check gear system and mention jammed brew drive.

I made one cup of coffee this morning, went to make a second and the red light started flashing. Upon looking inside it was found that the cog that connects to the main brew head unit was out of line. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
