Yes this is normal. Your a/c pulls water from the air that is blowing out. If it is real humid then you are going to get a lot of water in the tank

With code Ft at delonghi pac c100

Ft = normally means empty the internal tank, this is normally done at end of season cleaning storage. On some units there is a small ''bung'' low on the rear which will empty the tank - the unit should then reset when powered up. Hope this helps

The water tank has to be enty every1 1/2 hrs

Must be very humid where you are. I have to empty the tank about twice a day and I find this a real pain since the plug is in the back of the unit...

One thing I was going to try is to buy a few feet of 5/8" hose, this is internal diameter. I don't a drain to send it to, but if I can find a clear hose, it can help figuring out the water level and make it a little easier to empty.

Not a perfect solution, I know.

witch model do you have, for some models thats normal on others its not, some run the water over hot coils and it evaporates others the water goes into a holding tank and sits their til the tank fills up then you must empty. expect more water when high humidity or in the summer
