Please can you help. I put the master CDS into my Packard Bell Easynote W3910 laptop. It went through the restore process and now when it starts up it goes to load windows 98 but then goes into dos mode. The message I am getting is:

can you help me resolve this? I have not been able to load windows since using the master CDS
Win 98 is the cd that most vendors use to format your harddrive if you are having problems it could be the cd is curpt and needs to be replaced .this mite resolve your problem . at start up of your computer press F8 and a startup menu will apper press last good know and it will restat the computer before any problems started ,but if your harddrive has crashed you will have to reformat the drive because all your info is lost .most restore disk are just for lost operating system and you willnot recover any of your files or programs .soo i recomend safe mode at startup .but you can only use last good known one time after that it will erase all info.
