Most likely the thermal fuse blew... Ohm it out and if its open then replace it. Take yours off, take it to your local Radio Shack

It's shorting out somewhere. One likely area is the heating element inside the kettle.

Any trouble shooting tips. My heating element under the rollers is not working

The heating element may have burned out - do you know anyone who can test it?

It may possibly also have a thermal fuse inside - that's not something you can easily replace, but it's cheaper to have someone replace that then to have them replace the heating element.

Barrel turns no heat-new fuse-same-new element-same. Old element burned could new fuse pop and I need new one

Be sure to check for lint inside the filter housing and also vent blockage. 240 volts is going into the dryer. The motor runs on 120 so you might have a voltage problem. Heating element needs 240 volts. here is my video let me know if this helps:

Will not pop the popcorn. The motor works, just will not heat up

Not familiar with the model but my best guess would be it needs a new heating element.

My popcorn machine wont heat up

First, if you have another cord like this one (for example, a coffee pot cord) plug it into the popper and see if it works.

If it's not the cord, it's probably a blown thermal fuse inside the unit. Could be a heating element broken as well. If you don't have appliance repair experience, I would take it to a repair shop.

Popping plate not heating up

Remember the strirring rod connects to the motor, but the heating element connects via the two prongs in the rear, so the motor can run without the heating element turned on (turn on the base without the plate on...the motor runs fine). Try reattaching the plate...it needs a good connection to the connectors in the back. It should heat up pretty quickly. Also, if you put the heating pad in the dishwasher, make sure it is dry and that the contacts aren't tarnished.

I'm certain over time the contacts will get loose and the popper will stop working, but our is going fine after a year.

Also, be careful not to drop the base...lots of cheap, hard plastic that will break and rattle around.
