chances are the battery on you're phone is faulty. if you know somebody else with a sony ericsson try using there charger first to make sure you're charger doesnt have a dodgy connection. hope this helps
The easiest way I can think of is by backing up your data onto pc the transfering the back up to where ever you want it. There are several programs on the net that should do this for you.
