Rca h116 When a song had just finished, it forze. it says "Now Playing" as it would normally but nothing works. I have tried every button but it is still unresponsive. Should I attempt to open it? Also, I don't know anything about the warranty since it was given to me by a friend.

Try removing the internal battery for 1-2 minutes. Reinstall - This me reset everything

I have a sylvania SMP4049 model mp3 player. I was experiencing the same problem with my own mp3 player last night. I managed to fix the problem by pressing the m button again and again, then scrolling down to normal and hitting centre button on my mp3 player. After that, the songs played all the way. Hope this helps!

Hello May, Check the players settings for demo mode and set to normal or full play.

There will be some feedback from the turntable, and this is totally normal. Ive actually heard the music from the needle itself, and is nothing to worry about

thank you for your comment this way I got the information i had to reset my lazer mp3 player because when i unplugged the usb and tried to on the mp3 player its screen just blinked but now i reseted even unplugged and plugged so i reseted while it was plugged to usb so now it works again :) I lov you :D

You might have to reformat your MP3 player. First make sure you have a good backup of your songs. Then reformat the memory card or memory on the H116 MP3 player and re-copy the songs back to it.
