Broken Luggage Stand

I take a flight...my luggage returns with a broken stand. There are plenty of fix it tutorials about how to fix a broken handle or a broken wheel on luggage. However, there are no fix it tutorials for luggage stands that break off after the first use. Is there a solution for this type of damage besides buying expensive luggage?

Get out the broken stand. Remove it with 2 wheels. You need screws with nuts and washers for each screw by 2. Or another 2 independent standings.
