hello,
Restart your phone and now go to settings>restore factory settings> restore
settings only > security code (default is 12345 unless changed)

It will restore your phone settings and remove the keypad code...

u can do one of these:
1) go to service centers and ask them unlock ur phone by computer
2) format ur cell phone: turn ur phone off> remove ur memory card> pressing these keys together: */3/green turn it on.
remmember that all the materials will be removed

Here's the master code for your phone, although I don't see how that's going to help.

Your service provider can reset the security code, if that's what you need. Nokia default is 12345
Or if it's the PIN number you need, enter any series of numbers untill it request the PUK number. Your service provider can give you that too, if you've lost the box your phone came in.

hi i can help you but i need your phones imei number its located on back of phone under battery its 15 numbers long and will look like 123456/12/123456 once i have that code i can then get the master unlock code for you this will then reset the security code to what it was when the phone was purchased ok so ill wait to hear from you.
Most unternet sites charge for this service but as i dont pay i dont charge speak soon
