RESOLUTION NOTE:The following procedures will delete either all data, or all data and applications on the BlackBerry smartphone. Back up the data on your BlackBerry smartphone before performing this procedure.
Disconnect your Blackberry smartphone from your computer.
Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
Open BlackBerry Application Loader.
Reset your Blackberry smartphone.
When the LED indicator has turned on, reconnect the BlackBerry smartphone to the computer.
On the following screen you will see either USB:Unknown or USB:; click Next.
Select the required applications from the applications list and click Next. The firmware is loaded to your BlackBerry smartphone.
Ok so all you have to do is open the battery door so it wont turn on
and then hold the camera record button on the top until I say so. Plug
it into your comp and then wait. it should say found mass storage
device. Then you will see it under my computer. You can just drag and
drop copy and paste the vids and play them with windows media player.

Hi i tried having the live chat but it wouldnt let me the problem you are having is a software problem this needs reseting and the software reinstalling this isnt something you can do yourself but can only be done at repair shop it wont cost to much but this is the only way you can fix this problem ok let me know if you need further assistance ok
I have the same problem (Application is still running close it and start the camera) from last Week onwards, i went to the sony ericson service station, they told some Part(board) to be replaced and It will take 15days hardly,I dint accepted his comments, Then i worked full fledged on this and i got the solutions,
*Remove the memory stick and push the air (from mouth)into the Inner camera.After that it will work Fine.
Reason: If Dust in your camera lens, the error will appear, so it is a matter of sensor.
* Observe the problem little closer, and fix it, b'coz you know your mobile very well than the 3rd Person.
Throughout all the mails regarding that error messages using Googles Search

There seems to be a corruption of file type between camera and computer
The fact that the computer wont play mov. but the camera will if back loaded seems odd.
JPEG files can and do go wonky if back loaded to camera after editing because essential info for the camera has been deleted.
A JPEG file as produced by a camera is properly called an EXIF file because has has EXtendedINformation.
Lose it and the camera wont know it. Like wise older PC's such Win 98 and older software don't know about EXIF so they chop it off
So something like that is happening here.
