Whenever I plug in my Mp3 player it won't let me transfer songs and it just recharges the battery and says that my song list is empty when i unplug it and that i need to plug it back in to my computer straightaway but then the same thing happens. Pleeese help!
P.S. I'm using the Best Buy digital music store to get songs

Hi make sure that the songs that are on the player are in MP3 or WMA file format. If they are in MP3 or WMA format, reformat the player and reload the songs back to the mp3 player. I and some of my friends experience the same problem but thanks from the sandisk technical support people i found out that it was just the songs that i am transferring are in MP4. Hope this helps out.
