I have the same problem with Motorola H700 Headset and Blackberry Pearl 8110. They've previously been paired but currently won't make the connection. I have the same problem with Motorola H700 Headset and Blackberry Pearl 8110. They've previously been paired but currently won't make the connection.

I was having a similar issue where I could not get Jabra VBT2050 to go into pairing mode. I had recently changed phones and had used it just fine on my old one. When i tried to pair to my new blackberry I went online and I followed the instructions on the vendor website and must have held down the button for ten minutes without a response. The issue here is that the vendor instructions are WRONG. lol - they specifically tell you to make sure the headset is off before pressing and holding the answer/end call button for up to 20 seconds. The key here is that you have to first turn it on and THEN press and hold the answer/end call button for up to 20 seconds. I did that and only then did the LED light become solid and ready for pairing. The code was still 0000 as it was before when I had first set it up on my old phone. Oh, I also deleted the device from my old phone as I thought perhaps it might not be able to pair to more than one device. I am not sure if this is neccessary but either way I did that as well.

Hi,the BlackBerry Pearl is a versatile mobile phone. It's primarily a Smartphone that's suitable for business use but it's also equipped with some decent entertainment features. The pearl can also play music files which you can enjoy with the help of a hands free Bluetooth headset. Let me teach you how to pair a Blackberry Pearl Smartphone to a Bluetooth headset.
Things You'll Need:
* Blackberry Pearl Smartphone * Bluetooth headset
Turn on your Bluetooth headset by pressing and holding the multifunction button.
Check if the LED light is a solid blue. Turn off the headset and repeat the first step if the light is blinking.
Activate the Bluetooth wireless connection on your BlackBerry Pearl by Going into your "Settings" menu
Select the "Options" menu to go to your connectivity settings
Click on the "Bluetooth" option to activate the connection
Choose the "Add Device" option on your BlackBerry Pearl to locate the headset
Wait for a while as your Smartphone locates the Bluetooth headset
Enter 0000 for the password after selecting the headset to complete the Bluetooth pairing process
After that, your Done !!!!you can now send and receive. But after following this instruction and no solution yet, that means there is something wrong with your blue tooth. Corrupted. You will need to reset the phone.
I'm not familiar with Bluetooth and Blackberry's but I think you need a driver or you need to "sync" your media player on your Blackberry with your headphones.
Follow this link. http://docs.blackberry.com/en/smartphone_users/subcategories/?userType=1&category=BlackBerry+Smartphones&subCategory=BlackBerry+Pearl+8100+Series
when pressing the call button to turn on hold it a little longer then usual after the headset has turn on, it will flah red and blue, then simply do a bluetooth scan with your phone, it will detect the headset.
The Blackberry Pearl was designed to work with 2.0 model bluetooth handsfree headsets. Whereas the Motorola H500 is compatible with 1.1 - 1.2 bluetooth apps only. I'm guessing you will have to dish out the cash on this one, sorry!
RIM has a new OS for the 8100 pearl (OS 4.3). This OS supports A2DP streaming which is necessary for listening to music with bluetooth headphones. The OS is out in beta version now and supposedly available on bit torrent. I hear that AT&T will release the OS for their phones in April or May.
