Question about HP Pavilion dv9205us Notebook
I'm afraid this suggests that your hard drive is damaged and the pc cannot read from the boot.ini file. You can try one thing but its a last hope really, when the pc starts to boot up, keep pressing F8, this will take you to safe mode screen, where you will highlight the line 'Last Known Good Configuration' and press enter and seee if it will reboot into Windows, but if not the below paragraph will apply. You will have to get the drive checked out, by means of an 2.5" ide to usb powered connector, which will connect to another pc's usb port to enable you to perform a disk check and a repair if possible of the bad sectors, or take to a local repairer where they should have the required adapters.
