Can not open wizard

You can reset your router.

To reset your router, use the following steps (from http://technicallyeasy.net/2008/02/how-to-reset-d-link-di-524-wireless/):

  1. Press the reset button [the tiny button on the back of your router, marked Reset] for 10 seconds. You can use a small object, such as a paper clip to hold down the button.
  2. Do not power off the unit while the router is being reset.
The unit should now reboot, and once the WLAN light stops blinking the router should be reset.
  3. Open up your Web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar.
  4. For the login, enter admin as the ID and leave the password blank.
The router has now been reset. Follow the steps in Securing D-Link DI-524 Wireless Router to secure your router.

Connect dlink to n95

Hello...the pre-shared key is also known as the network key, and you can find it within your router settings.

Open a web browser, and login to your router by typing http://192.168.0.1 into the address bar.

You are prompted for a username and password. Enter username: admin and leave the password blank, or enter your password if you have set one.

Go to Home >Wireless. You should see your pre-shared key, or network key there.

Hope this helps you, but please come back to Fixya if this does not work or you need further help.

Wireless Cood

You can put in your wireless code by connecting to the DI-524 using the LAN cable. Open you web browser (Internet Explorer) on your computer, and type in the address http://192.168.0.1 This should take you to the sign on screen for your DI-524. user ID will be "admin" and password is blank unless you have changed it. Go to the "Wireless" button on the left. There you can specify the type of wireless security you want and the secret code. The most simple security is WEP, with 64bit WEP encryption, and "Open System" authentication. Enter a 10 digit numeric code in "Key 1". You don't need to fill our the other keys. NOTE the number down for future reference.
