Whenever I try to print a document on Word, the top of each letter is cut off. Everything on the document looks normal until I print. It is the whole thing that it happens to, not just the first few lines...

This is usually a printer cartridge or printer head issue. Usually you can clean with rubbing alcohol and a swab. Canon printers usually need new print jets.

Printer wont print. help!!

Hi albookristin
I believe evrytime you tried to print, they all lined up in a queue for printing. If that is the case, you have to delete everything in the queue
Right click on the printer folder, look under documents, and see there are documents listed. If there are few, delete all of them. In some cases, you may have to print one at a time.

After doing all that, try to print a document. For test purposes type a one line document and try to print it.
Hope this will work for you.
Have a good day

Odd behavior when printing

FrostPoptart -

An interesting issue. I think the driver may be causing the printer to 'misread' print jobs. I think installing the most current version of your printer's driver should resolve the issue; Rather than use the driver CD, however, use Lexmark's Driver Finder to locate your printer and download the most recent driver:
http://support.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/selections.cgi?ccs=229:1:0:-1:0:0&target=http://downloads.lexmark.com/cgi-perl/downloads.cgi&lxkprod=x3470&req=:::-1::

I hope this helps!

Printer duplicate rows from the document

I dont even get working...
When I turn on the printer and put on-line this happens:

1. "hardware connected" alert sound ("tiru")
2. printer gets initialized.
3. "hardware disconnected" alert sound ("turi").
4. go to 1.

This stops when I turn off the printer.
