I have the latest firmware and updates and all that. Nothing is working i don't what to do. HELP!
Mine does not start up sometimes, i will press the start button and nothing happens, just a black skreen, then it shows the battery is full, when its not. i have the same probs while uploding songs, some will say bad track, it pisses me off

On your e250, go to the "Settings" menu, select "USB Mode", and set it to "MSC". Then connect your e250 to your computer. It show up under My Computer as a "removable disk". Right click on it and select "Format". Click on the "Start" button, making sure that Quick Format is NOT checked. Wait for the formatting to complete, unplug your e250, wait for it to reboot (or force it to reboot if necessary), plug it back in, and copy your songs back onto it.
Try doing the reset on the sandisk e250 player it may then realiease that all the songs are gone.
To reset your player press the middle button and the menu button at the same time to reset the sandisk e250 player.
I did not get the "Swtich to Recovery mode" screen, my screen was stuck on "Bad Track." I formatted the drive (which deleted EVERYTHING), and then i put the songs back on, and it works just fine. Try this, it might help.
