Something is causing the disc to get stuck inside the DVD player. Open it and inspect. If something is broken, take it to a repair center.

WILL NOT EJECT DISC

What is the model number of your DVD player? You may try power resetting the unit and check if it helps. To power reset, turn OFF the DVD player and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet for 30 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet and turn the player ON. Attempt to open the disc tray.

Depending on the model number of your DVD player, simultaneously press the POWER + STOP + EJECT buttons. If the disc tray still does not open, simultaneously press the DISC1 + STOP + EJECT buttons.
NOTE: This step may not apply to all models as DISC1 is not available on all DVD players.

If this does not work and if the DVD player has DISPLAY and PREV buttons, press and hold the DISPLAY+PREV buttons for two seconds to unlock the drawer.

The Blue Ray is just like a CD or DVD player.
If you have a disk in the unit and it will not eject through your my computer, find a paper clip and streghten it to about one inch.
On the face of the player, you will find a small hole. Insert the paper clip in the hole until you find the step. Bush forward and the door should open.

Sony DVP-NC85H Multi-disc DVD Tray locked

Look on the bottom of the unit. There is a hole with the letters ex and op. Shine a light in the hole and you will see a white plastic object with a slot for a slot screwdriver. You can turn this either way but be careful. If you feel resistance and the object does not turn, turn the other direction and the unit will open. Remember if the disc loaded the clamping of the disc is in place so you must turn it the proper way to let the current disc loose hence the op and the ex. Op is open. Ex is exchange.
