Xerox has some fantastic support information on their site. I can't say enough about how much detail they provide.
One of their documents for your printer is, "Solutions for How To Resolve an F952 Error Message." The document can be found at the following location:

NOTE: After clicking the link above, you'll need to click the link, "Continue to the Support page" at the bottom of the page.
If their information doesn't resolve the issue, please let us know.

On LG's, a 1E error message usually means there is a problem with the water inlet valve. Check your shutoff valve under the sink, first, just to make sure someone didn't accidentally turn it off. If it's on, then it's most likely the water inlet valve located under the dishwasher.
The only fix that I know is to get the scanner/copier assembly(that's the assembly at the very top where the copier is) replaced. I don't imagine that it is cheap. Get an estimate 1st.
The error message you have described means your browser has developed an error.
To solve this problem, you need to factory reset your phone, this will fix the error. How ever, you need to back up your data first to your memory card so that you dont loose it.
Somewhere in the addressing there is an error. You can call 1-800-821-2797 and ask for second level support. They can narrow down your problem. 116-XXX or 119_xxx codes normally have to do with addressing issues within the network.
