HOW DO I INSTALL MY GE EASY CAM HO98063 ON VISTA IF I HAVE LOST THE DISK?

    put the usb cord in and wouldnt do anything as it kept saying I need the disk. There is no disk though. Email me, please.

    I finded the file CEC GE 98063 but it is not enough to installate the webcam. After that, a window with this messeger appeared: need te file cleandev.exe to finish the intallation. And i don't know how or where can i find this file.

This webcam is not Vista certified. You can go to www.jascoproducts.com, support, and browse and update vista certified products. At the bottom of this page you will see two webcams; Jasco has offered potential workaround instructions. Not a guaranteed fix but it's worth a try! Good Luck!

Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
