This is battery problem, since it work with your computer directly, you no the computer power supply charge it directly so all you need do now is to get another battery and make sure you charge the new battery for some time before you power on.
The possibilities are the your: 1.) mp3 has hardware complication 2.) mp3 memory capacity has gone full 3.) mp3 charger is not charging 4.) mp3 needs reformatting
the directions from Samsung to pair the headset was way off. You need to hold down the main button then turn on the headset. Only then will the headset go into pairing mode by maintaining a solid blue light. It took me a couple of days of troubleshooting and experimenting to realize this pairing method. I just hope that this problem is only due to my headset because I assume a lot of people who buy this headset and try out Samsung's directions will become very frustrated. I almost returned the product and I am sure many others would too.
What CD are you trying to install? What is the make and model of the MP3 player? There will not be any file info, if there are no files. Once I have more information I can assist you further if need be. You can connect mp3 players directly through usb and drag and drop mp3's and transfer them that way without software. You can also use Windows Media Player. Thank you, Lee
The problem with my MP3 remains unsolved.
Providing you have someone on your team who does know how to fix the problem, I would be interested in talking/communicating with them. I have established that the problem is not in the MP3 itself but in my PC. Please don't direct me to the "Expert" named dilipbagdi as this guy needs an education himself.
my mp3 has a good batery but wont turn on it is just dead
