Prowler won't move

Question edited for clarity. So few words, so many mistakes. It looks like the year is wrong for a Prowler XT and Error Codes have 4 digits not 3.

ck the small rubber drive belt thats along the one side, i'll bet it's loose and slipping , happens due to water chemicals distressing rubber

check to see if there is an obstruction stuck in the belt s or wheels

The power cord pins are numbered, 1 through 4. So are the transformer plug holes (the female pin holes in the "power pack"). For example, if you don't match number 1 to number 1, the green power light on the transformer will light for about 5 or 10 seconds, but the robot will sit there... well, like a powerless robot. Match the pin hole numbers and you have a working robot!

Cooling system problems are easy to fix as there really is only a few things that actually regulate the temp. Your thermostat is more than likely stuck half open. That would explain why its ok at night but not during the day.

Do your cooling fans come on? If they do and seem to be at least trying to do their job my solution would indeed be your best bet. Make sure your fans come on when the temp gets high, otherwise you may have a bad fan relay.
