Ihn order to put these in that player you have to install the sandisk media converter that cam with it, if you do not have it see the sansa website. www.sandisk.com

did you set the convert path to you videos folder?

and make sure the file that it is being converted to is either a mov. or .mp4 or something like that and not a .pic or .bmp file.

more than likely you have to play them in the review mode/display mode.. it might show a still pic first (just like th rest of the photos), then you click a button to make it play.

Unable tp play discs on computor
Have you finalised the disc ? Go into the menu and where you format the disc there is an option to finalise. It should then play on your laptop. Hope that helps ;)
