Flow indicator will not turn no cleaning agent getting thru
Mine does that, too. Pushing down and wiggling the tank usually gets it going. Also, it doesn't seem to work when the soap bottle is low, even when the soap is turned off. I fill the bottle with water. It is easy to take the top off. Mine has just 6 screws. Then you can see all the tubing and parts. For example, you can unclip the nozzles and see if water flows. Try blowing through the nozzle to see if it is plugged. Some people say the heating unit in the handle plugs up, particularly if you put soap in the water tank. I haven't dealt with this, but it should be easy to open the handle and bypass the heating unit.

I was using the vacuum and everything had been working fine, it was time to change the water and add more cleaning solution, so I turned it off and emptied the dirty water. I filled up the water container with clean, hot water and filled the the cleaning solution container. I installed like I have a hundred times before and the indicator wasn't spinning nor was any cleaning solution coming out.
Please help - I really love my PowerSteamer Vacuum and need to use it very soon !!!
How to take apart a bissell quick steamer powerbrush to clean it
Saw that someone I loaned it to stuck a long wood q-tip to clean it out thinking it would spin and broke it off in the tube.
