Hi, The error 9-357 normally refers to a toner issue. This normally refers to a color/Black toner problem. Probably there is low toner sensor defect. Check for the ink in the cartridges as well but before that try to vacuum and clean the toner dispenser. You must vacuum whole path which is used to transport the toner to developer unit.
06 codes refer to exposure lamp problems..(or scan) check lamp coming on, scan carriage position etc, don't have the code list, so carefully move the scan carriage up and down, make sure it moves OK
