for first my friend what kind of car do you have, second what kind of engine - diesel, petrol, and last year of manufacture. After this information I believe we will help you with the correct answer.
Apparently you don't use the unit long enough to get it good and hot. Then condensate builds up and falls into the oil. ( It's like turning your car ac on high defrost during a summer morning. Where the cold air blows on the windshield condensate forms on the outside). Same principal. It gets just warm enough to cause condensate to form on the inside of the compressor. To correct run longer or you can purchase a heater to go in the oil sump or keep the oil changed. Don't wait until it turns milky.
That is the oil pressure sending unit, and the only fix is to replace it. It screws in & out like a bolt. Be sure to put a sealant of some kind, or thread tape, on the threads of the new one before you install it. It may take a special wrench or socket that the parts store should have or may even let you borrow it. Just firmly snug it in. Don't crank it as hard as you can. It will snap off, and you'll be walking! Finally, don't forget to hook the wire back up!!
