Question about Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 Player
Sounds like a bad motherboard to me. However, it may just need a firmware update. Have you tried to update the firmware yet? If not, go to www.Creative.com -->Support -->Downloads -->Follow the correct language and country links -->Select the correct options for Zen Touch -->Select Firmware Download the firmware and try to upload it to your Zen Touch. If your Zen Touch is not recognized by the computer, its best to buy another MP3 player, as your motherboard is bad.
