Yes you indeed do need a "Special cable" you can buy a "Set" Cable & CD to install the software to use on the phone... Ya do also have infrared transfer but thats so slow... Ebay or ya local Phone Shop would be ya best bet, get a cable, mine cost like NZ$10.00 (US$7.00) when I bought my "Set".

I want to connect my canon digital ixus 80 is with my computer

Hi there connect the camera via data cable and make sure the camera connectivity setting is USB connection. After that open the software. You can see all the photos on that software page. Just save them.
Another way with out software, only use data cable.
Remove the memory card and fit it on the card reader and connect it on the PC. then go in my computer and open the driver. You can found there folder's. Just copy them and paste on your computer. All the image will transfered on your PC then. Thanks.
i hope it will gives you success.

Hi can you send me a fee download for transfer my photos from motorola v3 tu ma pc

There are two ways to transfer your photos from phone to pc, either by blutooth or via usb data cable.

These two means of transferring files will need special software installed in your computer in order to make a connection between mobile phone and computer. The list below are softwares that you may install in your computer to get access with the files on your mobile phone.

1. MPT4.5.6_eng.exe

2. Handset_USB_Driver_32_v2.6.2.0.zip

3. Mobile_PhoneTools_4.3.6c.rar

Where do I connect my camera cabel to my computer?

Some cameras have a multi-use cable which can be used for both data transfer or copy, and video output. Most cameras I have worked with usually have two cables, one for video playback and the other for data transfer or copy to a computer or other device. Most all cameras today use the convince of the standard computer USB access.
Most cameras have a cover made of either rubber or plastic which can be folded back to reveal connectors for mini-USB and video outlets. The appropriate cables must be used to connect to video or a computer or other device.
It is advisable to read your user manual for information on usage of the video and the data transfer cables and the software, if that is what you need.
I also suggest to skip all that and use a card reader, no more hassle. A card reader will give you more freedom without having to install software to see your photos or other files.

How do I transfer data from my Motorola RAZR V3xx to v9 please?

I can get pictures off of the original phone. but not messages.
I know how to transfer photos to the new phone, but you have to text message them to yourself. obviously, unless you have unlimited pix and data, this will cost you alot on your next bill.

to transfer pictures off of the original phone:
purchase Datapilot
install it
hook your phone to your computer with a USB cable (doesn't have to be a susteen, datapilot, or verizon cable, this can be any cable.
transfer your photos.

I can't seem to send images from my camera via cable or infrared

Simply get a cable that fits. The camera cable should be a standard USB A for the Computer- assuming the computer has USB or is it Sony and fitted with Fire-wire in which you will need an adaptor Fire-wire to USB
