Error code E21 has my V530 shut down. How do I fix it?

i only find e21 error for hoover washers...

E21 is a circ pump blockage issue. Check that all hoses are clear, unit drains completely. Depending on the age, a new circulating pump may be needed or new motor capacitor.

It is the customer fault code. Simply turn on and turn off appliance.
E11 - problem with fill water
E21 - problem with draining water
E41 - door open

I see that you are receiving an E21 on your Frigidaire washer, model# ATF6000ES. The E21 error code states that water is not pumping out fast enough. Here are a couple of suggestions that you can try.

1)Check the drain hose for any kinks or clogs. Also, make sure that the drain hose is only 6-8 inches down in the drain pipe. If the drain hose gets backed up with water this error can occur.

2)Make sure that the actual drain pipe, where the drain hose goes into, is only a maximum height of 8 feet. If it is longer than 8 feet, you will need to cut some of the pipe off.

3)Make sure that your homes drain pipes are not clogged. If they are, you will need to unclog them. Call a plumber if necessary.

After checking the above suggestions, reset your washer by either unplugging it or shutting the power off at your homes circuit breaker, for 3-5 minutes. When you restore power, start any cycle on your washer. If you are still receiving an E21 error code, I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. Just saw your problem! 'E21' refers to Document Board Motor Problem' Check if there is any loose contact and if required replace motor.
