I HAVE MY NAV CAM 7000 CD DISK WHICH HAS USER MANUAL, MAP CONTENT, NAVCAM TRIPMASTER AND MICROSOFT ACTIVSYNC,INFO ON IT. I LOST MY ORIGINAL SD CARD SO TRIED TO COPY DISK TO NEW SD CARD BUT DISK HAS COPYRITE LOCK, ANY BODY GOT ANY IDEA HOW TO OVER RIDE COPYRITE OR WOTEVER IT IS I NEED TO DO. IM HAPPY TO COPY AND FORWARD THE DISK ON TO ANY1 WHO CAN HELP. (IF IT WILL ALLOW ME TO COPY IT)

Hi.
I have a Nav-cam 7500, but the Product id shows as the 7000 so I hope this procedure works OK for you.
I got this from their technical support some time back.

Firstly place your CD/DVD into your drive. Open Explorer. Double click on the SD CARD BACKUP folder.
Click on EDIT, then SELECT ALL
Click on EDIT, then COPY
Put your New SD Card into your card reader.
Open MY COMPUTER and right click on the drive containing the SD Card
Click PASTE. The files will be copied onto the SD Card,
Insert you SD Card into your Sat Nav.
You then follow the on screen instructions.
You'll need to re-install the camera database, should you be bothered with it. I found it to be pretty useless so I didn't bother.

it gives me road map to get where i need to go, but doesnt talk to me to tell me when to turn and when my street is coming up,, the map doesnt move at all, i don't have it on mute

Evesham Nav-Cam 7000/7500
hi mate the nav-cam 7000 and the 7500 are the same, i have the 7500 all of the data on the disc applies for the 7000 & the 7500 as far as camera updtes this is now in the process with the company that has taken over evesham, anyway you have to install active sync and use the cable to install the info onto the sd card, give it time and you should receive the sat signal unless it is stolen where then they can switch them off. good luck

thairs a reset switch on botom left edg .That you need the stilus to move it.thay ship it in the off positon to save battry life. Thairs actulay two switches a push button soft reset and the hard soft ware slide switch the slide switch is probbly in the off posithen.

typhoon ps1025,similar to evesam nav-cam 7000,navigator problem I have this gps from my aunt.She gaved me this gps about 2 years ago,and i never had problems with him 'till now..... It starts normaly but when i try to enter in Navgiator mode it says: "Please insert a SD/MMC card with preinstalled navigator and map data." The problem is that i've lost the dvd and data cable that came with the gps in the box. How did i get to this problem?Well i wanted to copy some new maps on the card and i had a power lost,resulting data lost on my card.......... Is there anyone that have the same tipe of gps or a way to fix this thing. I'm wondering if there is any way to make an autrun and put it on the card and the gps process it,maybe i could install another navigator.... PS:i had iGO 2006 installed on card.....
