well,my screen is dark,and somtimes the screen show up dimly,but as soon as i touch a button,it disappaers,i can still hear music tough..

Screen is grey, followed the sansa site advice and reformated the drive and then downloaded the updated firm ware - still same issue.

This happens... with mine a ton, i want to get a new one to get a fresh start so maybe it won't happen as often... but give it a rest or something and it will eventually start working. my problem is that the screen blacked out and it's not playing music.NVM O MY GOSH IT JUST STARTED WORKING. WOW. so i don't have a problem. yay. wow, is that ironic or what?

Itunes is what is known as proprietary software.
Which basically means that it only works with hardware of the same brand. (Apple- Ipod)
You will not be able Itunes to load mp3 files on a Sansa MP3 player.

2gb Sansa Fuze won't recognize 2gb Micro SD

place the blank card into the SanDisk player
go to SETTINGS press "enter"
go to SYSTEM SETTINGS press "enter
go to FORMAT press "enter"
it will ask "are you sure you want to format this device"?
select YES

dowload songs to REMOVABLE DISK drive F, at least that is what my PC assigned it to. You will overload your MP3 PLAYER if you continue to download to the Sanza Drive.

Computer will not read Sansa Fuze

did you try to connect from your sanza to onboard usb don't use the front of your pc usb maybe wrong setup or wrong connecting the wire . use the usb located at back of your pc , if you connect the sanza to you pc if have words appear ( found hardware)it mean the sanza need the software driver and you unable to detect without driver..
