Razor v3 when you turn on unit,all is well then it goes off and then tries to restart in 2 to 4 seconds. some times there is a odd noisy at start up and the volume seems a little low even with the volume set on 7 please help

try taking out the sim and blow the stuff out of it. Then put it back together and see what happens

the v3 is known for battery issues. not charging, not holding charge and overheating. my suggesting is get a different model phone. and stay away from razors. they all have battery issues, I know this from multiple customer razor issues. all battery issues.

You can set the length of your incoming ring to in the Call forwarding portion of the phone. Usually, it is set to 25 seconds. It can go as high as 30 seconds. To set the ringer to be longer or shorter, it goes by 5,10,15,... set of 5 increments. up to 30.
I would also recommend to use a factory set ringtone, set the profile to LOUD or OUTDOORS. With vibrate option on. Some downloaded ringtones don't play as loud.

First and for most, this would be one of those things, I would DEFIENTLY recommend a service center, also, if you don't have insurance/coverage for repairs, try this ; when the phone is turned on, take the battery out, while the unit is powered on. This is to "hard reset" the phone, afterwards, Try if the error presists. make sure there is no water damage on the unit, that could very well cause it.

This is the Early signs of Failure! Just had to Upgrade my RAZR for the same Problem. Your Options are (1) Have it Repaired-Costs a LOT! (2) Upgrade to a New or Refurbed Razr. There are no other Solutions

i use skin manager to downloading skins on V3 razor but there is a problem here i download a theme on my mobile there is a option of cycling ur mobile i accept this option & my phone getting restart & then blinking a white screen my mobile is not getting on

for the second phone have the firmware reflash so take it to a mobile service center and have them fix it.

The first one need to have the microphone replaced.

i have that same problem, razrs suck, i hate em!! my screen is black, i can make and recieve calls...but my screen wont turn on, this is the 3rd time its happened...first time just restarted it...second time i let it sit without the battery in for over night...now it wont turn on no matter what...and the shiy silver circle peice on the left of the phone, the smooth one, it broke and fell off the phone, and i lost it at school...cingular is saying that voids the warrenty...

If the charger is not an original motorola charger,, then you have a problem. make sure its original.
