GE SIDE X SIDE Dispenser problem

We replaced the main board, dispener board and evaporator fan. We did this under the G.E.Board concession program offered by the company in an extension of the warrenty.

I have a GE GSS22IFRFBB. There is an almost constant clicking sound in the rear of the unit. This clicking has been ongoing for about 6 weeks. I've noticed that if I try to dispense Ice or water, the light dims and the compressor stop running. As soon as I let up on the dispenser, the compressor kicks back in. Within the last two weeks, the refrigirator compartment is warming up. The freezer is holding its temperature, but we've had to move everything out of the fridge. It sounds like the defrost cycle is not engaging. If I don't have to replace the main board I obviously don't want to. I'd appreciate any input. Thanks. I have a GE GSS22IFRFBB. GSS22IFRFBB water and ice dispenser doesn't work and when pressed the light dims and compressor stops running. After let go, compressor starts again. GE model GSH25JFRF side by side refrigerator- I have same problem. In attempt to use ice dispenser or water , light dims and dispense does not work.. temperture drops in both refrigerator and freezer. purchased late 2005 , this problem just started a few months ago. when i unplug refrigerator and re plug it starts working again.. but after days the problem reoccurs.
