Question about HP P5302M Computer Speakers
Hi, Assuming that the speaker is plug in to the PC and power is also applied to the speaker - If the PC sounds comes out of the headset but not on the speakers, then the speakers are defective. Being new/recently bought, your best course of action would be to bring the unit back for replacement or at least the speakers since trying to repair it would void the warranty. Please remember to bring proof of purchase, warranty card or whatever document(s) are required for this sort of complaint. Good luck and kind regards.

I have same issue however I know there should be nothing wrong with my speakers...I have just replaced my computer and my speakers worked just fine with the last computer. My issue is I cannot disable the sound from the tower and I cannot get sound from my speakers ... my PC says my speakers are working.
