Model FSE346RHS0 dryer that in melting the paint on the back panel. I have removed and tested both thermostats and they check OK. I have cleaned it very good and it still gets toooo hot. Now what next?
Some thermostats can test ok they should go to zero when testing but sometimes they can test ok but they are really faulty replace them and it should start to work fine again also some dryers have a 3rd stat which is situated at the very front of the inside of the dryer at the base check to see if it has got the 3rd stat before replacing the other 2stats m8 let me know what you find out but ive had stats test ok before on a few dryers but they still needed replacing have you had this dryer from brand new cause if you havent then someone might of replaced before with the wrong stats they need to be for that certain model to work fine m8

Thanks, I found that thermostat and will replace it even though it seems OK. I foud out something interesting in that if I only put 2 towels in the dryer it cycles but if I put in just one more item or towel it does not cycle off and gets hot. Could this mean something else?
