No sound hi i have a tomtom one but no sound i can use a ear piece for sound but it wont cum out of the speaker

The same no voice problem after a few month in service. Mine is TomTom One 3rd generation.

I have a number of replacement speakers for the Tom Tom One.

I have changed the speakers in 2 x Tom Tom One's so far.

All that is need is a 2mm Hex security screwdriver bit, a pair of cutters and a pair of pliers.
Or I offer a repair service.

I am posting them on Ebay later today/early tomorrow 29th/30th May

I have had exactly the same after 18 months, it was returned to Tom Tom via Halfords, and I was notified to update my software, from the old 5.42 to the new 6.56 which I have done and so far so good.

Not the first time I've heard about this one. TomTom is not publicizing this issue, but they will fix it. It seems as though some models have a tendency for their speaker to stop working. You can contact Tom Tom tech support at http://www.tomtom.com/support/support.php?ID=2. Talk to a rep. You will have to send your unit to them, and they will either fix it or send you another
