Re: EMERSON-MODEL#VT911OA-W VERSION-C
If the set will not turn on with the power button on the front of the set, you must then try turning it on with the remote. You must be sure that the remote is working correctly. If the set turns on with the remote, then your power button itself is bad or has cracked loose. This is easily fixed without having to replace the board. If the set does not turn on with a working remote, then something inside the set has failed and it should be serviced by a qualified tech.

If you think this has to do with the battery power, you also should check the contacts in the battery compartment. If the are not shiny, you can try to clean them with a dry cloth or a cotton swap. Don't use sharp tools in or close by a camera.
Make sure the battery is inserted correct and the battery cover should be locked correct.
If the camera was not used for a long time, perhaps some contacts are oxidised. Those contacts you can switch, try to switch them several times. Open and close the battery door several times. Press the on of button several times. Put the battery in and remove it several times. And hope the contacts will work again.
If it were mine, @190,000, there are so very many things that could be causing your problems, I would strongly consider looking for a good used car with far less mileage. Just a thought. You don't want to drop big $ on a car with that kind of mileage. After all, it won't run forever.
Are you sure your USB charger is working properly? Have you tried replacing the battery? You might try this trick: Make sure that your Notebook is plugged into the charger and that it is plugged into the power outlet, press the power button and hold it down for 20 seconds, then release the button and wait about one minute, now press the power button again and hold it down for 20 seconds again. Hopefully, this will reset your system.
